Pricing Guidelines
 

Below you will find an explanation of our pricing methods and policies for hunting, fishing, and photo safaris as may be purchased from our general price list or from our list of Packages or Specials being offered.

For Hunting:
The total price you pay (unless you buy a package as described below) is the sum of the daily fee option (silver or gold) that you select and the hunt harvest fees. Packages, (silver or gold) already include the silver or gold option daily fee.

The Silver Option daily fee should be selected if you do not want lodging at the ranch. With this option you arrive at or before sunup on the day of your hunt and it entitles you to hunt all day. It includes your lunch, soft drinks, guide, license, transportation on the ranch, fuel, tree stands, and skinning/quartering of the game you take. Each day accrues 1 daily fee per hunter. Non hunters that are along as an observer pay a lower rate as shown on the price list and includes their lunch, soft drinks, and transportation on the ranch.

The Gold Option daily fee should be selected if you do want lodging at the ranch. With this option you arrive on Day 1 of your hunt at approx. 2PM and hunt till dark. Dinner is then provided as is lodging in an authentic Florida Cypress log lodge. On day 2 you are also entitled to hunt all day. On day 2 it also includes continental breakfast and lunch. The gold option also includes soft drinks, guide, cook, maid service, license, transportation on the ranch, fuel, tree stands, and skinning/quartering of the game you take. Each night accrues 1 daily fee per hunter. Non hunters that are along as an observer pay a lower rate as shown on the price list and includes their dinner, breakfast, lunch, soft drinks, lodging, and transportation on the ranch.

Harvest fees may vary depending on species, sex, and size as shown on the general price list. Except for "Non Guaranteed Hunts", you only pay the harvest fee when you shoot AND you do hit the animal. Otherwise you are only responsible for the daily fee option selected. Note that skinning/quartering is not included in extremely large animals like water buffalo. On non guaranteed hunts you pay regardless of success, however upon success there is no trophy or harvest fee due.

For Fishing:

The total price you pay (unless you buy a package described below) is the sum of the daily fee option (silver or gold) selected and the fishing option selected. If you are fishing on the same trip as hunting, then your daily fee is already covered under the daily fee you are being charged as part of your hunt trip. If you are only fishing (and not hunting) then you are charged the Non Hunter daily fee rate for either the silver or gold daily fee option that you select. An explanation of the Silver and Gold options can be found above in the hunting section.

We offer full and half day fresh water and salt water flats fishing trips. The trophy tarpon and the offshore deep sea fishing trips are full day only.

The cost of your fishing trip includes your boat, captain/guide, poles, tackle, bait, gas, licenses, and fish cleaning.



For Photo Safari:

You have two options to obtain your photo safari as follows:

1. If you want a full day Photo Safari then purchase either the Silver Option daily fee (Non Hunter) or the Gold Option daily fee (Non Hunter) and the Photo Safari Daily Tour fee.

2. If you want less than a full day Photo Safari then purchase the photo safari hourly option. With the hourly option you do NOT have to pay a daily fee at all. The hourly option has a minimum of two hours and two people.

Packages:

We offer certain packages at discounted rates. Be sure to note that the packages already include the daily fees, harvest fees, fishing fees, and photo safari fees as may be applicable to the package being offered. If the package includes a guaranteed harvest fee and you do not shoot and hit the included harvest fee animal, then the package price is reduced accordingly. Additional daily fees may be added to extend your stay. Additional hunting harvest fees may also be added. Packages are always available and do not have termination dates, except to comply with state seasons.

Specials:

From time to time we offer certain specials at a discounted rate. If the special includes a guaranteed harvest fee and you do not shoot and hit the included harvest fee animal, then the price is reduced accordingly. Additional hunting harvest fees may also be added. Specials are not always available and do have termination dates.
